- Please wear grippy socks and comfortable fitness clothing for your workout.
- We recommend doing pilates 2-3 times per week in order to experience the maximum benefits.
- If you and your workout partners don't see a group class that fits your schedule let us know and we can create a group class that suits everyone's time table.
- Please turn cell phones to silent during your time with us unless there is an emergency.
- Group Classes and private lessons are not transferrable. No refunds. All sales are final.
- All Introductory packages expire one month from original date of purchase . Please take note of all package expiration dates for privates and group classes.
- Introductory Package (3 private lessons) is required before joining any group equipment class. We recommend students who are brand new to pilates start out with private lessons. You will be given a postural assessment and learn the 5 basic principles that lay the foundation for all future pilates work. There are several mind/body elements involved and (since pilates is a process) its very helpful to have private lessons with a certified instructor so you can learn how to apply the basic principles to your body as well as learn how to operate the equipment safely. It is essential that you understand the basic principles and build a solid foundation before moving on to more advanced work or group classes.
